I worked at this company for 2 days and I can positively say they were 2 of the worst days of my life. The two bosses are the rudest people I've ever met in my life. They tried to say I damaged something and tried to avoid paying me.! I took my money at the end anyway.

items advertised but not available in stock
After spending several hours choosing and ordering 7 different light fittings totalling over £600.00. taking care to order only items that the website listed as in stock. i received an email stating only 1 light was available for immediate dispatch. Lovely lights advertised but delivery times not accurate as advertised. cant comment on quality because cancelled order.

I bought matching 2 lights which…
I bought matching 2 lights which arrived in a timely manner. However, one had a rusty ceiling plate and a used screw and looked as though it had already been sent out and returned. I returned it, but the promised replacement didn't arrive. I chased it to discover all the remaining stock is damaged (but still on their website) and tried to flog me a damaged one for 20% off. I've given two stars rather than one to reflect the sales staff who did their best and I did get a prompt refund when requested. Wouldn't use again.

We have received a lamp quickly, unfortunately you must be quick to return your product and don’t get a refund, only credit to buy a different product. If you’re not sure about the product and want to see it, maybe this isn’t the best company to order from.
Superb service
Superb service. Ordered lights one afternoon and they were delivered by 9am the next day.
Lovely lights, well packaged and less expensive than other suppliers.
I shall be using again.

Lovely light and excellent customer service
I recently purchased a light from Lights4living. I needed to call Customer Services as we have a problem with a certain courier delivery. I also needed to check the length of the drop of the fitting.
I spoke to Becky, who could not have been more helpful and even checked the length of the chain with the showroom, twice as I changed my mind of the fitting.
Becky could not have been more helpful and provided exceptional customer service.
The light was lovely too and has now been fitted.
I look forward to ordering again very soon.

Excremental customer service
Wanted to order 2 light fitments totalling about £100. Website would not process any of my cards (checked and nothing wrong with any of them). I got in touch with the so-called Customer Services and spoke to Becky who could not care less and offered no solution. I then asked to close the account I had created and was told that this "would prevent me from placing future orders or registering again." I decided to proceed with this as their website would not let me place the order in the first place and Customer Services showed no interest in helping to resolve the issue - which was with their website and / or payment system. I will now look to order with Pagazzi, as while they may be more expensive, their website is functional and they do not provide the excremental customer service I experienced from Lights4Living. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Reliable, Amazing Price, Excellent Customer Service
I was about to purchase lights from Lights4living then came on here to check reviews. Which are not that great. Then I looked across to Feefoo which are verified reviews and they are excellent. So I decided to purchase. I ordered the Searchlight 7143CC 43cm Modern Chrome Picture Light. However within minutes I was informed they were out of stock and were due in. I had my electrician booked and contacted Becky who said she would do her best to get them straight to me as fast as she could. Extremely excellent customer service, item sent in time for electrician and was kept updated through the whole process. My experience is this company is trustworthy, reliable, kept me updated and provided full tracking. The item arrived perfect and for an amazing price. I highly recommend this company and anyone in doubt look over at Feefoo at the more accurate reviews there. Thank you Becky for all your help and getting the items to me so quick. Mrs H

Awful
Awful. The product was listed as in stock. They then email me to say it's delayed. Then 6 days later email me to say actually we can't get hold of it.
Oh and on the website it's still listed as 'In stock for instant dispatch'
Avoid.

Poor after purchase, no help or advice.
Purchased two 3404-4CC Hanna 4 Light Crystal Flush Ceiling Light In Chrome with its recommended dimmable bulbs. On installation, the units made a buzzing noise when on full light. Called them for help and they recommended I change the dimmable switch with something more suited, though my switch is a high quality newly installed switch. I tried various switches with the same result. Called again to get help as to a different set of bulbs or a different switch that can get rid of the buzzing noise but the only recommendation is to get an electrician to resolve the issue and replace what is necessary. No help or advice. they can not recommend different bulbs or a different switch. Poor after service from this company.

Great service, ordered a light and when opened a few months later 2 pieces of the glass inserts had broken. It was out of the 30 day exchange but they got us replacement glass quickly and free of charge. Great service thanks
